Full NCTS Phase 5 declarations for UK, EU and CTC partner countries
The New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) is the electronic platform that connects every customs authority in the Common Transit Convention area. Since NCTS Phase 5 came into force, every transit declaration must include richer data — Universal Unique Reference Numbers (UCRs), consignor/consignee per house bill, and updated guarantee codes.
We are fully aligned with NCTS Phase 5. We submit declarations on the UK NCTS instance for movements starting in Great Britain, and connect to the EU NCTS for movements originating in any of the 27 Member States. We monitor every MRN in real time — when it's accepted, when it's released, and when it's discharged at the office of destination.
