Transit Declaration is a UK-based digital-first customs brokerage focused on a single thing: transit movements under the Common Transit Convention (CTC). We file T1, T2 and TIR declarations through NCTS — the New Computerised Transit System — for hauliers, forwarders, importers and exporters moving goods between the UK, the EU, EFTA and partner countries.

Since the UK left the EU's customs union, every consignment moving under transit needs an MRN, a guarantee, and a properly closed office of destination. We handle the full lifecycle: principal registration, transit declaration submission, MRN issuance, GMR pairing for RoRo crossings, and discharge at the office of destination.

We operate around the clock because freight does. Our digital-first workflow means you upload your documents, we file your declaration, and you get your MRN — usually within the hour. We provide bilingual English / Turkish support, making us a natural fit for the heavy Türkiye–UK transit corridor.
